I am a psychologist working at the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. I completed my PhD at University College London, ("An empirical aesthetics of the sublime and beautiful") in 2020. An ardent CD collector and concert goer, I find much joy in symphonies, orchestral music, and sacred music.

In parallel to my researching and lecturing occupations, I have occasionally found myself scribbling matters concerning music. This website, thus, is dedicated to the hours of my musical pleasures and includes pieces I have written for the Seoul Arts Center, Opera Magazine, Bachtrack, Oehms Classics, MusicWeb International, Seen and Heard, Corymbus, and the Bruckner Journal. From 2018, I have started conducting interviews exclusively for this website.

The blog is divided into four sections, namely concert review, recording review, interviews, and essays. I hope you enjoy what you read. If my writing can bring even the smallest measure of meaning to someone, and if that meaning can inspire further musical discoveries, I will be grateful.
